As our client's contractor, we value your first-hand experience in actually getting stuff built. Many industries can take advantage of iterative fabrication and testing prior to manufacturing, but in the AEC industry we understand you only have one shot to get it right. The incredible pressure associated with delivering a project on time, on budget, and at the expected quality absolutely necessitates your regular involvement in the design process. Look to us to encourage our clients to get you involved as early as possible.
Consultants
As our consultant, we consider you to be a critical extension of our in-office team. We want to provide you the opportunity to participate in all of the discussions and decisions which occur throughout a project, from predesign to completion. There is no "hand off and disappear" when working with Formelier, no last minute red-line or rework, and no guessing what the client wants.
